I called Dozier and Mrs. Connie sent Ethan over to diagnose it almost immediately. We needed a whole new system, it was time. Ethan was very professional, and once we decided to go foward with repairs, Ethan returned with Mr. Bill Dozier the owner. They installed a temporary A/C unit for us until they could install our new unit the next day. Mr. Bill was there overseeing the entire install the next day, and their work was second to none. He went out to get a part needed and came back and fixed the issues very quickly. They were all so nice and helpful! Will definitely recommend them.

I had Jordan come out and give me an estimate for a full replacement system. They were very fairly priced . I called them back a few weeks later and they started work the next day. The workers were very professional and well dressed for this type of work, as it is a dirty job. They brought heaters for us to use while they were replacing our system . In w days it was done RIGHT. About a week later Jordan came back out to do a quality I spection. I am blown away by the customer service from this company at every level, from answering the phone to the workers. They take great pride in there work . I will be using them for any hvac work I have I have future. I highly recommend Dozier Heating and Air . They impressed every turn.
